items This list is a bit personal but I wanted to share. Since December of 2023 < I have been on a weight loss journey. One thing led to another and here I am down a little over 170 pounds. I am telling you this just so you don't think I am all about getting commissions and sales. I am not. I enjoy making lists here. Here are some of the things I have used under doctor's advice in the past or currently. I might refer to sa savings app called Shopback or Honey. I have been drinking one of these daily because I need to make certain my protein gets covered each day. These can be kept at room temp but taste best cold.
