The best gym mats I've owned by far is this brand SuperJare I have purchased the mats 3 times to expand my workout area. I personally suggest the .79 thickness but they do have a .56 option as well but I can only speak to the quality of the .79

Glute exercises are not the easiest but I prefer to do these exercises at home and these items can help you

I personally own 2 different vest options, you can wear them while walking, on the vibration plates, or even just around the house cleaning, yard work and on a Saturday errand day. They help to increase the intesity and add a little cardio.

Adjustable weights are great for space saving. If I had a pool, I would be so interested in those water dumbbells

This is part of my daily routine even when I dont do full workouts. I own 6 different vibration plates. 4 from Lifepro and then a Merach plate. Lifepro offers lifetime warranties and the merach board has high reviews. These are not only great for lympathic drainage but they relax you and are low impact.

Yoga mats are great for floor work but also for keeping your area clean and soft while protecting your floor. Resistance bands can be used in so many different exercises and to help you stretch.

I love searching the web to find new articles about people who love to train with weights and bands. Especially people who need low impact solutions since I need that with my arthritic knees and how it age is not a factor and you can start small and work up to better health at any age

These professionals give advice backed by science and help you to do the exercises correctly for optimal results

+I bought 2 of these - one for me and one for my 79 year old mother-in-law and she uses it every day while she plays games on her computer.
