I bought each of these from Amazon for carrying around some mom/baby essentials. When I ordered the original one I didn't even think that some of the waist straps might not fit across my chest. I only ever really look at products that have Amazon Prime and at least 4 stars.

Supplements my doctor suggested after having VSG. It was explained that chewable and liquids were going to be absorbed more efficiently.

This is from a video I watched on YouTube from The Egg Whisperer Show. I'm not a doctor- I utilized what made sense to me and what I could afford. (I had low ovarian reserve so I needed "anti-aging" of my eggs and I quit alcohol, tobacco, and decreased caffeine to less than 100mg a day.) I hope it helps!
