The books that made me lose myself. The books that literally changed my life. The must reads for anybody during childhood and early adolescence. I would add on there the Sweet Valley Twins series (NOT the graphic novels which are an abomination, and not even the Sweet Valley High books). Much better than those Baby Sitters books too, IMO. Not every book we read as kids will make this list. Only the worthy will prevail!
