I'm not sure if it's perimenopause, too much coffee or just genetics but after months of increased “shedding” I realized I was actually developing some balding spots and my ponytail is thinner than ever. I went through a similar problem about a year after I had my son, so I'm confident that I can get a handle on it. I've been using these products/taking the following actions for a couple of weeks now and am thrilled to see less hair in my hairbrush!

I send A LOT of Christmas Cards every year. It's my favorite holiday, it's my favorite way to connect with people that I don't get to see/talk to often enough or extend friendship to those who are new to my circle.
