Lightweight, non-comedogenic, SPF 50 face sunscreen that’s perfect for sensitive skin and neurodivergent sensory needs.

I use this every day—especially because hEDS + certain medications can increase UV sensitivity, making daily SPF essential. This one dries fast, has no scent, and doesn’t clog my pores or cause irritation.

It’s autism-friendly (no overwhelming texture or smell), works great under makeup, and feels more like skincare than sunscreen.

If you’re looking for a high-protection, low-sensory sunscreen, this is it.

This Evian facial spray might look like a luxury, but for me it’s a functional, sensory regulation tool—especially on flare days or when my body runs hot from POTS, overstimulation, or fatigue.

It delivers a fine, fragrance-free mist of pure mineral water, instantly refreshing the skin without triggering sensitivities. I keep one by my desk, in my bag, and on my nightstand—it’s gentle enough for daily use and doesn't leave residue or sticki...

Great for cooling down after compression, grounding mid-shutdown, or layering with skincare when your skin is too reactive for anything else.

Ideal for:
- Cooling overheated, overstimulated skin
- Gentle sensory reset during meltdowns or flares
- POTS-friendly body temp regulation
- Travel, hospital stays, or post-compression cooldown

Compression and joint support tools are essential for anyone with hypermobility, hEDS, or joint instability. These sleeves, splints, and braces reduce pain, improve proprioception, and help prevent overextension in daily life.

Whether you need targeted support for fingers, knees, or ankles, or full-body compression to stabilize your nervous system — these are tried-and-tested tools I use regularly.

This is my go-to foot sleeve all year round—especially when I need that extra bit of toe and arch stabilization for hypermobility or balance support.

The longer sleeve design helps align my toes, which genuinely improves my posture and walking stability. The mild compression also supports circulation, making it perfect for POTS symptoms and summer swelling.

Sensory-friendly tip: The material is soft and breathable enough for long wear—especially if you're sensitive to tight fabrics.

Personal hacks:
- Size up in summer to accommodate swelling
- Keep multiple sizes on hand for adjustable support based on which side needs more

I love these colorful finger splints—they're functional, vibrant, and proudly visible. When you live with hypermobile EDS or finger instability, why not wear your stripes with confidence and a splash of color?

These splints are made from comfortable, skin-friendly material that doesn’t itch or dig in. They're great for joint stabilization without sacrificing comfort or self-expression.

Perfect for anyone who’s tired of medical gear that screams clinical. These say: Yes, I have EDS—and I make it look good.

Great for:
- Subluxation prevention
- Writing, typing, crafting
- Celebrating Zebra Pride

My go-to knee brace for everyday errands and big adventures, especially the supermarket, where pushing a trolley used to wreck my knees.

This brace gives incredible joint stability, especially when I’m dealing with hypermobile knees or subluxation risk. The adjustable straps help prevent overextension and provide targeted support when I need to be more active.

I’ve even done a 1-hour valley hike in these; and they held up perfectly!

Ideal for:

- Grocery shopping, standing, or walking
- Hiking with unstable joints
- Managing fatigue without sacrificing mobility

Physiotherapy, Movement & Mobility Tools & Products

Not all movement is created equal for hEDS. Low-impact, joint-friendly exercise and physio aids can improve muscle tone without injury. These tools help me stay moving without crashing.

These resistance bands are one of the most accessible, versatile tools for building strength—especially if you live with hypermobility, joint instability, or chronic fatigue.

What I love most is how they allow you to build muscle gently, without loading your joints or needing heavy equipment. Each band has a different resistance level, so you can tailor it to how your body feels on any given day. I

use them for rehab-style physio, mobility drills, and even core activation when I can’t do full workouts. They’re also great for proprioception, which is key when your joints tend to wander. 🧳 Bonus: Lightweight and easy to carry—perfect for travel,...

Ideal for:
- Low-impact strength training
- Physiotherapy & EDS-friendly movement
- Core activation, posture, and rehab
- Building muscle without overstressing joints

This portable reflexology foot massage mat offers instant relief for sore, tense, or overstimulated feet — especially helpful if you deal with hypermobile joints, EDS-related fatigue, or standing-induced pain.

The textured design targets acupressure points in the arches, heels, and toes, improving circulation and easing tight fascia.

I use it when I feel disconnected from my body or need a quick nervous system reset. It’s lightweight, non-slip, and easy to travel with, making it ideal for flare days, grounding routines, or even under your desk while working.

Tip: Use with socks first if you're sensory-sensitive — barefoot gets intense (but in a good way).

Ideal for:
- Foot pain from standing, fatigue, or POTS
- Grounding and proprioceptive feedback
- Fascia release and nervous system regulation
- Neurodivergent-friendly sensory input/ stimming
BESKAR Foot Massager Roller for Plantar Fasciitis

This wooden foot massager roller is perfect for relieving arch pain, plantar fasciitis, and overstimulated nervous systems. The dual-roller design lets you target both feet at once — which is great if you struggle with balance or proprioception.

I use this when I need a deeper, more structured release than a textured mat provides. It’s firm but grounding, and works well for joint-sensitive people who can’t handle full weight-bearing stretches.

Bonus: It’s non-electric, silent, and low-effort — great for neurodivergent sensory seekers who need predictable input without overwhelm.

Ideal for:
- Morning fascia release
- Proprioceptive grounding
- EDS, plantar fasciitis, POTS foot fatigue
- Desk, sofa, or bedside use

Pain Management, Sleep & Nervous System Regulation

These are the tools I reach for when pain flares, sleep is impossible, or my nervous system is in overdrive.

From weighted blankets and heat packs to CBD roll-ons and compression wraps, these help regulate overstimulation, support recovery, and improve sensory processing — especially for neurodivergent bodies.

GAME CHANGER!!!!

Hypermobility/ hEDS comes with many aches and pains.

A massage gun can help ease pain and avoid those tight infallamated muscles.

I use it regularly especially when I have active days or work heavy weeks - sitting at my desk with terrible posture - I use this to help get the blood moving.

I switched to this from a professional gun because of the shape and weight.

This ergonomic support pillow is a game-changer for knee, back, or neck support—especially if you have hypermobile joints, chronic pain, or fatigue.

The contoured shape and soft-but-sturdy texture make it incredibly comfortable for sleeping, sitting, or reclining, and the budget-friendly price makes it a no-brainer.

I use it for extra joint alignment, especially when my body feels out of sync or overextended. It’s one of those small things that makes a big difference.

Ideal for:
- Side sleepers needing knee support
- Back or neck relief during flares
- Travel or bed-bound recovery days
Support Pillow for Knees, Neck and Back Joints Instability during sleep with hypermobility/ EDS

A bit of a splurge—yes—but 100% worth it. It may be marketed as a pregnancy pillow, but trust me: if you have hypermobility or EDS, this is one of the best full-body support pillows you can get.

The U-shaped design supports shoulders, knees, hips, and spine, making it perfect for side sleepers who need extra joint alignment. I regret not getting it sooner—this thing is a cocoon.

Why does it work? Because pregnancy pillows are built to support loosening joints (due to hormonal changes), which mirrors the joint laxity that comes with hEDS and HSD. Same problem, same solution.

I sleep better. I wake up less sore. And my whole nervous system feels calmer.

Ideal for:
- Side sleeping with joint pain
- Shoulder, hip, or knee instability
- EDS, HSD, chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia

One of my favorite comfort purchases—this side-sleeper knee support pillow has genuinely helped me get better rest.

It’s soft, compact, and the adjustable strap keeps it in place all night (well… almost 😄). Whether you're dealing with knee instability, hip misalignment, or lower back pain, this pillow provides gentle but effective joint separation and support.

I also love how travel-friendly it is. I never sleep away from home without it. If you’re hypermobile or just a restless sleeper, this is your new best friend.

Great for:
- Side sleepers with knee or hip pain
- Preventing joint compression
- EDS/HSD-friendly joint alignment
- Travel and sleepovers

Don't let the images fool you, this pillow is not only for pregnancy. The modular/ removable parts make it great for managing the level of support you need to sleep.

I love this because it has helped me with shoulder pain and offers great support for my knees as I sleep.

Added bonus for my autism sensory needs as it makes me feel like I'm sleeping in a cocoon.

A highly concentrated magnesium chloride spray sourced from the Netherlands’ ancient Zechstein Seabed, this Life‑Flo Pure Magnesium Oil Spray is designed to soothe tired muscles, calm nerves, and support joint recovery.

I use it to help ease tension and overstimulation—especially helpful for hEDS-related pain, restless legs, or nighttime anxiety. It absorbs quickly, is non-greasy, and leaves no residue or odor.

Health enthusiasts often apply it to feet, armpits, or abdomen as part of their evening rituals for better sleep and gentle body regulation.

Noticeably calmer muscles and improved rest when using it as part of their nightly routine.
