I grew up in a small village on the west coast of Vancouver Island. My family camped all over BC and I was lucky enough to also drive across the country. These places are the ones that occupy my heart from childhood on the island through to adulthood all over the place. I hope you get a chance to check them out too!

Welcome to my personal recommendations for painting kindness rocks! I paint rocks to hide for others to happily stumble upon, as well as dabble in many other art forms! Rock Painting is an affordable art to start but trust me, there's lots of stuff to add on once you have the basics!

At heart, I'm a homebody who likes certain comforts around me all the time. I love my art near me for instance. I want my house to smell good, for me to be comfortable within it and an overwhelming sense of peace. Knowing I have comforts that bring me this feeling, is crucial. This list will have a little self-care, nostalgia, whimsy and more! I hope there is something you can identify with.

I paint kindness rocks and am building a platform that will change how people view painted rocks, and how art can impact others. Rock painting is an art niche that really took off during covid when people were cooped up inside but longed for that human connection. Artists painted messages of inspiration & hope and left them “hidden in plain sight”. That niche has steadily grown over the years with no signs of slowing down. Rock painting is affordable, accessible and lets artists share their art with others (on the sly).

I love sneakers. Period. Like I mentioned before I live simply but like cool things I'm comfortable in that I know are good quality. These shoes list the brands and styles I personally love. From classic sneakers to flip flops - I like to be comfy. You won't find any high heels here!

I'm a simple girl who still wants to look good but in a minimalist way. I'm in my early 50s and living the best life! I spend my hard earned money on a few quality items but trust several more budget-friendly ones too. Healthy skin is very important to me.
