Best paint pen purchase I made. I use black all the time, with every single rock I do. I think that's partly because it's just my personal style to have an outline and details. But having every size tip in one place saves me so much headache!
Posca Markers Set - 8 Tips for Drawing
Extra Fine tips are what you need for those little details on painted rocks. Again, with this being a superior brand, they're gonna last a while. I love my extra fine pens for faces, detailed line work, patterns - even outlining.

Acrylic Paint Pens 22 Skin Tones, 0.7mm Tip
TooliArt is the other brand of paint pens I use consistently. More affordable than Posca, but you do get pens that stop working on occasion. The color selection however is unbeatable.
