I read a lot on line about these, and decided to give a few a try. I can't believe how much my brain fog has cleared and I feel like I am 40 again. (I am 67)
Stress is my middle name, I run 3 schools in Vietnam and the daily grind can wear you down. I needed this and didn't even know it until after I started taking it.
These are my go-to after exercise. Along with everything else it just seems to compliment what I'm doing.
My Omega 3's and Magnesium are my morning ritual. Wake up, exercise, eat little and feed my brain and heart.
You either like mushrooms or not. Personally, I love them and can have them on a plate cooked or raw. Love the taste, but these are not over the top taste wise, but they are “mushroomy”.
I am not fond of multi-vitamins as I think we should get most of them from nature. However when fighting any disease a few extra mgs does not hurt. And my go-to mineral is Magnesium as it helps with blood flow.
