I have a 7 year old daughter and I’m always looking for ways to get her and my teens off the PlayStation, tablets, etc. Besides their time limits I like to find fun stuff for them (especially my 7yr old) to do and these are all the things that she loves to do/play with along with things we love to do as a family for family game night. We have 5 pets. A new kitten (Stella), a dog (Luna), a parrot (Apollo) and 2 guinea pigs (Pancake & Honey). I’ve had tons of pets over the years and my house is always a zoo especially with all the kids lol. I am currently enrolled to be a yoga teacher at Yoga Renew for their YTT200 classes. I took some time off to get my daughter ready to start school and it’s about time I get back to studying and finish my certification and recently I’ve gotten really into doing Pilates as well. Throughout my entire health journey (since I was 15 with POTS) I’ve felt like I’ve had to be my own nurse/dr at times and find ways to combat some of my symptoms on my own and I know everyone’s body is different but these are some of the things that have been really helpful for me. I truly hope if you’re also experiencing any of the issues I’m dealing with that these work for you too! I have multiple health issues including POTS, low iron and hyper mobility (possible HEDS). To top everything off now I’m dealing with perimenopause symptoms too, which feels like it ramped up some my other health symptoms and since I can’t get on HRT due to fluid around my heart, (from taking birth control in the past) I’ve been looking for more natural ways to deal with my symptoms. I’ve been doing resin art for over 6 years now and it’s one of my favorite crafty things to do. I use regular resin and UV resin and these are all my favorite resin art products to make creating your art easier and come out looking better! I’m very much into crafting and creating new things but sometimes I just want something to get my mind off things and do something that’s relaxing and doesn’t require much brain power in that moment lol and that’s where diamond art comes in for me. These are all acne products I’ve used to keep my skin clear and from breaking out. I’m always on the lookout for acne products that actually work for my teen daughters and I. At 40 I’m struggling more with acne now than I did as a teen, while all of us are also dealing with super sensitive skin. These products have been super helpful for my daughters and I and I’d recommend them especially if you have sensitive, acne prone skin.

I especially love Korean skincare and skincare with clean ingredients and having good skin shouldn’t have to also cost an arm and a leg so I try to find good quality products that aren’t expensive. Most if not all of the products I use/recommend score very high for safe/clean ingredients in the “OnSkin” and “Yuka” apps and that’s very important to me! :)
