I love that I can connect it with my phone and lets me know if needs cleaning or if something is wrong with the machine. For me the cleaning part notification is a huge plus because let's be serious who remembers to descaling their machine every 3 months? Another reason why I choose Nespresso versus other brand is because they always have deals or promotions. I always get 10 or more sleeves and I usually get free mugs, glasses, plus every order comes with free samples. Recycling is free of charge as the UPS label is prepaid.
