You've got to have a good pan to capture your gold and two things I really like about this one is that it's larger than most pans, so it can hold more and the color makes it easier to find the gold particles.

A fun way to cool off during the warmer weather is a river rafting trip. These have different levels of difficulty depending on who's going and the time can last from a few hours to a few days. My family has done one for a few hours and had a blast!
