This helps my ADHD. I mix a teaspoon of it in with my morning decaf coffee / chai tea mix. This just helps my brain calm down so I can think more clearly instead of running all over the place & thinking of nothing solid all day.

So, where I live (in Virginia & Kansas), it's illegal to smoke MJ. So I get roses from my bushes or my neighbor's bushes (with permission!) and dry the petals. Then I roll them and smoke them!

Roses are legal. Smoking roses helps me sleep !!!! I'm totally serious !!!

They help calm down my brain and help me sleep. I haven't used them yet to try to help me with ADHD, but I bet they would work for that, too.
