I grew up with three uncles, a grandfather, my dad, and then three brothers. Oh, and then I also have two sons! The masculine energy around me has been quite prevalent my entire life! It is so nice to have some pink objects around me! I have also learned that any pink object I have will not be stolen by one of my sons or partner! Or my brothers! Ha ha ha. My tiny house needs to have a revamp and these are the things I am dreaming of putting in there !!!

I have myriad eye problems. I can’t see in 3D. I walk into furniture, door frames and walls. I have chronic, ongoing eye pain. I cannot wear contact lenses. I have prisms in my glasses to help me focus my eyes and alleviate the majority of my eye pain. I also don’t want bifocals or progressives - so I own 5 pairs of prescription glasses for my various needs. I change glasses throughout the day based on what I am doing at any given time in the day. I love my Meta Ray Ban smart glasses and I also love my colorful glasses from Zenni.

When I went to England in 2001, I learned that not all tea is created equal! I have been paying attention to good tea vs. mediocre tea & how to brew it best - ever since !! I have made this list to share the best teas I have come across in my 53 years of life! I love drinking good tea! I want to share all of my favorite teas with you. I have quite the collection !!!

These are a few books I have read over the years whose stories have stuck with me long term. Some of them are excellent works of fiction that have inspired me to do greater things with my life. Some are non-fiction. Some are memoirs. Each of these books has impacted me in some way and I had to share them. I will continue to add to this list, too.

I am neurodivergent and I have trouble working for a Type A personality and they don't like to work for me, either. I have done a variety of jobs over the years & I'm trying these new things now. A little from here, a little from there, it all starts to add up !!

This helps my ADHD. I mix a teaspoon of it in with my morning decaf coffee / chai tea mix. This just helps my brain calm down so I can think more clearly instead of running all over the place & thinking of nothing solid all day.

These are the remedies I am finding that help me manage my pain flares from fibromyalgia. I am so glad to be finding some relief from the relentless nerve pain that fibro brings me throughout the days.

GenX with Rosacea

After 25 years of not sleeping, I have finally figured out the steps it takes to get a good night’s sleep! I am starting to get a satisfying, sound sleep every night and wake up ready to tackle my day with enthusiasm. Okay; maybe the enthusiasm comes after I have had my morning coffee and tea mix and some quiet contemplation time, waiting for my medicine to kick in.

Helping me make plans for death so my kids will be okay. ——— I turn 53 yo on June 1, 2025. I am on disability now and living on a very fixed income. Anything someone buys for me means one less thing I need to save up for. More smiles for me on my birthday for anything gifted to me from my birthday list!
