Staple Items I wear EVERY DAY

My favorite products that make me feel more confident! While inner confidence is what I'm striving for, these are items that I go to that help make me feel more confident, physically. I don't want to spend a lot of money on appearance, because I know that money cannot buy self-love or the ability to feel ‘pretty.’ Therefore, I do not want to break the bank when buying these items but I do want to invest in things that boost my self confidence.

These are items that I use to live a longer, healthier, more fufilled life! Working out is already hard enough, so I like to focus on incorporating items that make it easier for me to enjoy workouts and improve recovery. These reccomendations are little items that can make a big impact and can be used in a variety of different ways!
