Monday through Friday and most weekends I get up and go for a walk once I am up and functioning. I am usually out the door no later than 6:45 and take a 30-45 minute walk depending on the day
When I get back from walking it is time to eat breakfast. A good breakfast full of protein is the best way to start the day and I try to make the most of it.
