Wyoming is one of the least populated states in the US. If you are looking for a Costco, surprise, we are one of two states that do not have one (as of 2025). You will be hard pressed to find a Target or many other amenities you may use in your every day life. However, that doesn't mean you can't have a little fun while here. We have outdoorsy adventures. We have small mom and pop type stores. We have farmer's markets and incredible homegrown products. And, we have a deep love of the arts. Bring some hair ties (it is seriously windy here) and have an adventure on a budget (did I mention that the cost here is lower than the rest of the country?).

Have you dealt with IBS? SIBO? Leaky Gut? Crohns? Reflux? Something similar? Well, I have too! This is my list of products that have helped me over time (be patient, it gets better) to heal enough to live a more normal life again.

The point is to keep moving until the afternoon of our funeral. Whether you are a runner, lift weights, go on walks, or just get swoll by living your life every day, you need some stuff to keep yourself in tip top shape. Here are some items I love (or am dreaming of).

The name of the game is comfort. Looking professional is nice, but comfort comes first. Theaters and music halls can get chilly one minute and then be roasting next, so wearing layers is going to be crucial.
