I had rotator cuff surgery with bicep tenodesis. Phew that was a rough one to recover from. So I thought it would be helpful to compile a list of things that helped to get me through the hard days.

I don't have a lot of shoes these days but the ones I do have are all about comfort. You see, I have plantar fasciitis and toes that look like they have been squeezed in my shoes for years. No more. It's about comfort and not being in pain but also, they need to be cute. That's a must. Check out my list.

I am very picky about anything that I use on my skin because of having acne prone sensitive skin that is over 40. This list was carefully curated after years of trying many different products that do or don't work for me. I have every one of these products in my closet and I hope they help you as well.

I like to try all of the supplements to figure out what works best for my body and my needs. I have spent and continue to spend years trying to find the right doctor to figure me out. BUT in the process, I have done so much research trying to find supplements to help me with my aches and pains. These are just a few of the things that have worked for me living with fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, migraines and more.

Reading has always been my escape. I tend to run to autobiographies, historical fiction, some smut fantasy and then of course self help. If I get through a self help book you know it's good because more than anything I am a dreamer. Come and escape with me.

I lived in Summerville, SC for 4 years. It was a love hate relationship and through that I found my favorite spots and what I love to do in the area. The best coffee shops, parks, festivals, beaches (further out but not that far), thrifting, shopping and more.
