Here's a few of my favorite shoes & clothing, including hats and socks.
Hands down my favorite running shoes. The Fresh Foam X 1080 line is my favorite for running this old uneven stretch of roadway. They change a little with each new version but I still love them best each upgrade.

The Fresh Foam line is by far my favorite. While this is a running shoe, I use it for my walking days. I love everything about it; the cushioning is great and it last a tad longer than other lines, in my opinion.

This is the Garmin watch I currently use. It's smaller, less bulky, though there is also a longer size available. Someday, I'll look to upgrade, Lord willing, but I've loved this for going on 4 years.

What I use
Here are some of my favorite toys for everything I can do without a gym.
I love this little CamelBak; it is just right for me and what I use it for which is running and walking basically. Beware that this is a small pack though. Check the size. The have larger octanes I believe but the dart is small and great for running.

Slam Ball
Unless you have a CC permit, this right here is a comfortable, easy to get used to, form of self defense. Something is better than nothing and this is a gel which means that it hits the target and there's no mist to blow back in your face. Love it.

Available in a couple different colors, this roller feels so good when everything is all tight. It helps to relax me quite a bit. Love it.

Love my Garmin. I will take a Garmin watch any day over Apple & Samsung. I had a Garmin running watch long before it actually looked like a watch. It strapped on with velcro and wasn't smart; you had to use a cord to connect it to your computer.

I've been running with New Balance since 2002. I switched to Brooks one time and they caused a permanent knee injury. Physical therapy and New Balance keep me going and no more switching for me.
