I am a coffee and tea addict!! I love trying new beans and blends, new brands, etc. Here are some I've tried and liked/loved. Don't forget to check back occasionally for new adds.

My favorite bagels all in one place. I really love bagels but there are no good local bagel shops. We discovered New Yorker Bagels and were hooked from the first order. Being from Jersey, I'm a little picky about my bagels 🥯😁.

Here are my favorite proteins, hydration essentials, supplements, & more; I use these for pre & post workout and throughout the day. I'm not an expert on sports nutrition but this is part of my lifestyle. This list contains items which contain as little zero sugar substitutes as possible. I try to limit sugar substitutes to a minimum and try to stick with stevia when I do have them.

Be prepared for those snack attacks!! Snacks that are healthy-ish & snacks that maybe are not so healthy; all kinds of snacks for the fellow snackers out there. I'm a big fan of snacking, in case you're not able to tell by how many times I've used the word snack, or a variation, in this description.

I'm newer to having issues with gluten so this has just recently become a serious about seeking delicious gluten-free eats. This is a learning journey for me, as most things are. So, here we go …

I love Thrive Market. Some may question whether it's worth another subscription or not and my answer would be a resounding yes, I started as a member years ago now, since before COVID, and I really leaned on Thrive a lot through the early days/weeks/months of COVID.
