I am a coffee addict but also love teas! I am an expert only at what I like; I DO NOT have the ability to discern the different tasting notes and may not always list them but I do know what I like and here they are … to be continued lol.

Here are my favorite proteins, hydration essentials, supplements, & more; I use these for pre & post workout and throughout the day. I'm not an expert on sports nutrition but this is part of my lifestyle. This list contains items which contain as little zero sugar substitutes as possible. I try to limit sugar substitutes to a minimum and try to stick with stevia when I do have them.

I'm newer to having issues with gluten so this has just recently become a serious about seeking delicious gluten-free eats. This is a learning journey for me, as most things are. So, here we go …

Nutrient dense sweets & treats. Here's a collection of my favorite superfood/fruit goodies. My aim with this list is to limit zero sugar substitutes but you may see some stevia and monk fruit occasionally.

A variety of my favorite drinks that come in a can or a bottle. Pre-made kinda stuff that is.

Some of these have healthy ingredients and some won't; mental health is part of whole health and these goodies bring me a moment of happiness so technically, it's all healthy 😇.

So there I was … Where's my fellow coffee lovers? I may not have a discerning palate but I'm not a, “just give me whatever,” type of coffee drinker either, though I will take whatever when that's the only choice; I've survived on Army coffee for big chunks of time after all lol. I love trying new coffees and can tell you what tastes good to me and what doesn't. When available, I will include the tasting notes provided but I really taste the chocolate, raspberry, whatever notes; I just know if I love it, I love it; if I don't, I don't. Here's what makes the cut and some of my favorite coffee toys as well.

Here are some of my favorite teas. I am slowly adding, (as with other list of course,) as I try new teas. I love trying new teas. Yes, coffee is my first love but I also love a good cuppa.

I read a variety of genres. You may look at this variety and think, “what in the world,” but I love reading and escaping into a good book. My TBR is unbelievably large so if it doesn't capture me from the start, I move on to the next and won't be recommending it. Too many great books to read to try and read those that do not interest us right.

First, I just want to mention that I only add books I've read and liked/loved to my book lists; the favorite author collection tab is for their author pages which include books I have and have not read. The seperate list for the individual authors are where the books I've read are located. I am slowly working on breaking this list into sections by author and adding the books I've read by each.
