Are you even a young woman if you’re not chronically ill in some way?? Whether you’re just figuring your health out or deep into treating something, here are the super helpful things I use to live my every day life with quality.

If you are a young woman just trying to thrive in the world, here are some everyday life recommendations that can only serve to make your life better! It's hard enough being a woman in this day and age, why not try and find some things that other women are recommening and see if they make you feel a little lighter in life?

Stockings are my favourite part of Christmas and I live and die for the small gifts I receive in my stocking. In the same vein, we live in a day and age of endless baskets; easter baskets, Burr baskets, seasonal baskets, welcome baskets, thank you baskets, etc. etc. Here are the sorts of things I recommend that are small or can be split up to fill stockings and baskets that are pretty universally loved!

Who doesn't love seeing what skincare someeone else is loving? They may not work for everyone but this is a list of things I passionately love and would recommend other people give a chance! See if you can find a new favorite thing to add to your daily routine!
