Being kind to oneself includes fun! A couple of fun activities each month are necessary to keep us sane in this busy world we live and work in. I enjoy going to a new place each month.

Traveling has to be part of my World, I enjoy visiting new spots and learning about new cultures, especially their cuisine, if you are a traveler like me, I urge you to search out some Michelin Starred Restaurants whenever you are in other countries, the food is usually amazing and the prices are very low in comparison to the US, we also enjoy searching out famous local spots where the locals hang out.
