There's not much better than a good warm blanket by the fire in the winter. Whether indoors or out, the smell, feelings, and time all seem to stand still when you have that time to yourself to think. The cold air, hot drink to warm my nose, a fire an...

Blanket with Arms

With so many varieties of blankets to choose from once I tried the blanket with arms  my daughter gave me for Christmas one year there's not much of a chance I'll go back -  The Snuggie is by far my favorite blanket for snuggling up in for naps or a cup of hot cocoa on the couch when there's too much snow on the ground and the movies are calling because work can't.

The Snuggie Blankets with Arms are by far my favoite type of blanket. I'm not quite 5' tall so I can wrap myself up all snuggly and life is good. I even call it Blankie. Yep. No shame in my Blankie game.

A Cuddle Blanket! - This blanket was one of the top selling.  I haven't tried it, but I'm that snuggly cacooned in blanket girly. Some say with a “blow hole” but I'm just wondering how this feels.  It boasts of warmth and weight as well as a comfy cuddle blanket. The faux fur is thick deep and apparently soft enough to  relax and sink into. And simply because it had the word cacoon in it I had to read more. If you like being all snuggled up and warm, this may be the one for you. If you have one I'd like to know what you think.

Heat Holders Blanket

One of my non-biological sons have used these blankets for years. The one he has lasted for years so the quality is really good - his blanket feels so warm that it feels like winter won't be a thing. I love his blankets and if you're in the north or ...  No, I don't take what doesn't belong to me… but he's been warned. :-)

Electric Blanket

In the North it gets cold and there are times when a blanket or two just doesn't do the trick. Having an electric blanket can help you keep the bones from becoming too cold and stiff during the cold winter months. We've had many over many years and I...
