Reliable, budget-friendly tools that bring comfort to the table, step by simple step. Thrifting is encouraged in this kitchen. That is how we have stumbled upon most if not all, of these items. And when I say "we," I mean this kitchen isn't just mine; it is also my mom's.

As a food bank volunteer, I see what people get excited to see. Some of these items are just basic, but you never know what people might need. With any of these sections, make sure that you research your local food bank before donating.

This is my 1st series on my blog. It started all the way back in 2019. Recently been updating them. It has been fun to look back at them and see how much I have grown as a baker. Back then I didn't really know what way I was going to be writing. But, as you can see for the most part anytime I am using fresh fruits or veggies they came from a food distribution or a food bank. I want people to see my posts and know that they aren't alone.

In my second series of Pantry baking, I really started doing budget-friendly and food bank-friendly recipes. A lot of the produce that I used in these recipes, came from a food bank or food distribution. And I am sharing it with you all. So, that you know that food banks aren't just cans.

In this series, I'm sharing the recipes that got me through mornings in 2020. What started as a simple breakfast journey quickly turned into a collection of ultimate comfort bakes designed to bring a little warmth and therapy to your kitchen.
