Its been a solid year that I started my pilates journey and I can seriously say that I've never been more invested in a past time than I am at this very moment. I love getting ready and having a cute outfit to wear on my workout days at the pilates studio.

I am a hair extensions specialist since 2021 and I've had extensions in my own hair for 3 years and these products are a must have for when I wanted to keep the longevity of my hair extensions. I also just realized that coconut hair is probably the WORST oil to use on my hair! I never realized how much is weighed down m hair and really made it look so much more frizzy! I then started to do some research on my hair type and I fixed this list to help those like me who just never knew!

I have always been a girly that had DRY ASS skin. But recently I have realized that my skin has changed as i got older. I started to get pimples when using my high intensive moisturizing products. It took mme a few months to realize that I now have a combination of oily-dry skin. i had to change and adapt my new skin type to new products. This list is for my girlies who still suffer from dry skin but have troubles taming pimples!

With Tiktok being our leading source of information, after Google of course. I have come to the realization that I suffer from low porosity hair. What is low porosity hair, you may ask? It is when your hair takes an eternity and longer to get wet and soaked. I always suffered from it, but i just never cared to think more about it. I would always sit in the shower and soak my hair with water but each and everytime I would go and apply my shampoo some part would STILL very much be dry!! SOO, in short low porosity hair is when you hair has a hard time absorbing water for it to attain its ultimate wetness to begin shampooing.
