It is when your hair takes an eternity and longer to get wet and... some part would STILL very much be dry!! SOO, in short low porosity hair is when you hair has a hard time absorbing water for it to attain its ultimate wetness to begin shampooing.
I love the entire L'Anza hairline. I even used it while I had semi permanent hair extensions. By far one of the best haircare line.
