One of the most unique things about DC is that you are completely surrounded by local businesses. Whether it's for coffee or books, skip the big name brands and support the locals who have poured their heart and soul into their business! I personally think the coffee tastes so much better local 🤩

As someone who lives in Washington, DC, I can attest that SPRING goes in FULL SWING here at the Nation's Capitol! From Cherry Blossoms to Tulip Gardens to Concerts, there's so much you can do in DC. A lot of events are FREE as well - how wonderful is that?? 🤩

DC has some of the most Michelin-star restaurants in the country, but let's be honest, we can only spend $100 on a meal every so often. These are my fave BUDGET FRIENDLY, yummy eats in the city for the times you just want a good meal for cheap.
