I've always wanted to do a vision board, and this year is the time for me to do it! Thinking about having a vision board party, and figured, why not make of list of all the vision board essentials to help myself and others get started? I'll get/give ideas for a variety of options.

Who doesn't need a little motivation? These are a few of some of my favorite things that help me feel empowered and motivated. These are great gifts for others (and for yourself). Some of these I actually created myself, and some are just some other really good finds.

It's never to early to start Christmas shopping, especially if you have to shop for a lot of people. Or if you're doing secret Santa or going to Christmas parties and need to take a gift that's universal. Here's some ideas for all of your friends and loved ones (and maybe even not so loved ones). These are useful and practical gifts that people could actual use, and not have to regift. Be known as the good gift giver!

These are things that I love to indulge in (guilt free) on my low sodium diet. These things help you forget that you're eating low sodium! I pay attention to food labels, because not everything is labeled/marketed as low sodium. I recently had a heart transplant, and I want to keep my new heart healthy, and these things help me stay on track!

Hard to get your kids to eat vegetables? Here's some good options to have them eating veggies without even knowing. These options are very adult friendly too!

Store items with things that don't look like storage items all around your house

I don't go on any trips without these things. These suggests are good for emergencies, safety, comfort, and fun!

Have a small closet, or a closet that's just hard to organize and you don't know what to do? These options will help you out.
