I’ve struggled with super painful periods from the moment I started having them. I have pain off and on weekly and severe cramps during that time of the month to the point I was fainting. I was diagnosed in 2021 with endometriosis via laparoscopic surgery. Here’s what helps me cope every month, I hope this helps someone else out there find some relief. 🫶🏻
