A heat pad is a must for when my cramps are really really bad. The heat helps relax my muscles a bit to where I get some relief. I like to use the lavender ones like this one as the scent adds an extra relief factor with the calming scent.

When I make my baths I also add some of the Dr Teal’s foaming bath as well to add a little extra of the epsom salts and magnesium + scent. I prefer the eucalyptus spearmint as I feel it smells and works the best imo!
