This list dishes up common summer style mistakes and easy, stylish swaps so you can stay cool, confident, and effortlessly put-together all season long! (Take these suggestions with a grain of salt, if something I suggest to change goes against your style, by all means ignore it and do you!)

Now it is officially spring! (In the northern hemisphere at least!) Here's a few of the spring trends that are projected to be big for the season! As always if they aren't your style, that's cool stick with what is your style! There are plenty of other things to choose from!

Just like with any other “season” we will see specific styles trending! One could even argue that fall trends bleed over into winter. Here's a list for the items I've been seeing for Winter!

Fall Styles that I see come back consistently year after year!

The oval body type typically features a fuller midsection, broader torso, and less defined waistline. The goal when dressing an oval body shape is to create balance, elongate the silhouette, and define the waist.

For a Rectangle body type, the goal is slightly different between men and women. These are just a few examples and are only applicable IF you want them to be!! (Read the description above your category to see why)

Now an Inverted Triangle body type is when you have broader shoulders/chest and have narrower hips. The key to dressing this is all about balancing the upper body by softening and minimizing its width while adding volume and emphasis to the lower body!

Before you go through them and go “hmm that category is pretty similar to this other one” Yes you are right, there are very few distinctions between several of these style categories! Now the other panic I hear from people is “ whoa wait a minute I like/have things from multiple categories, so which one do I fit under?” The answer to this… is both or all 3 or more. You can ABSOLUTELY fit into multiple categories! That is perfectly fine and normal! There are more categories then these this is just a few I could come up with examples for, and now I give you these examples with little to no explanation!
