Here is where I went for book tour events! All of these small businesses are absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend that you check them out enough.
My first event was here, at this incredible trans-owned comics shop! Jay is the kindest human, and I love his commitment to community.
Cape and Cowl Comics and Collectibles
My second event was here, at this combination bookshop and sex education space & retail shop. I held a tea making workshop after hours!
Venus Envy
My final event was in this small but mighty shop that specializes in local goods and has an open community drop-in space with a new craft project everyday for FREE!
The Trainyard General Store
Anarchists hold the best events, everyone knows that. There was a pop up market and Food Against Fascists cooks weekly meals there!

We didn't eat out a ton because of various allergies, but where we did I enjoyed sooooo much!
OMG. So. Good! And the menu is labeled very well for allergies. I loved the Mango Malai Chicken, scarfed down before my Venus Envy event.
