Raspberry Apple Walnut salad is my favorite go to salad. It's light, refreshing, quick & easy. I rarely measure ingredients when cooking, so use however much your heart & head tells you. RAWS is great for light lunches or add grilled chicken for a more filling dinner. Spinach & spring mix is my favorite way to make this salad. Green leaf, romaine, or whatever you prefer works as well.
I prefer to make my Apple Walnut salad with a mix of spinach & spring mix. My daughter prefers green leaf.
