1 ½ - 2 tubes of pillsbury sugar cookie dough, slice & place on your cookie sheet. Smash together on your baking sheet/ pizza pan until no gaps are visible. Bake at 350 for 11-15 mins. Or make into 4 inch round cookies. The cookie should be kinda thick to support the weight of toppings. I try to keep it...& ask them to make a giant sugar cookie with no frosting*

While the cookie bakes, mix Philadelphia No Bake Cheescake filling with Cheesecake Jello Pudding mix & a few tablespoons of milk. I bake with my heart & soul, no measurements. I typically use ½ to 1 whole box of pudding mix, 1 tub of cheescake mix, & a few tablespoons- ¼ C of milk. For thinner frosting use more milk, for thicker frosting use less milk. Either frost the cookie(s) before serving or let people frost with their desired amount of frosting. Some in my family love a really thick layer ...

I have a few go to fruits everyone loves but if you make this use whatever fruits you love. Slice fruit in halves or quarters, depending on fruit & sizes you like. Our go to's are: strawberries, blueberries, raspberry, kiwi, mandarin oranges (canned & drained works best), fresh pineapple, banana, & shredded coconut. Cherries, apples, blackberries, grapes, mango, papayas, canned pears or peaches, or any other fruit works. *If using bananas, apples, or other fruits that brown quickly slice right before serving.*

There are so many variations & ways to elevate fruit pizza. Make it your own by being creative… Caramel Apple, Banana Split, Triple Berry, Pina Colada (one of my all time favorite flavors)
