Things, aside from clothing and shoes, that I love to use at the gym or home for a good workout!

My philosophy is the idea that you can either pay for your health now by investing in it by what you feed your body and how you exercise, or you can pay for it later with medical bills. So here are some healthy food items I use and love to help with my overall health!

I've decided that doing gel nails at home would be cheaper and a fun little hobby to pick up! I use the luminary nail systems products and they have YouTube videos on how to use them too. Linked below is the items I use for doing my nails at home.

Pieces I own and love or pieces I plan on buying. I have sensitive skin and need to use hypoallergenic jewelry and these are items that have worked well for me! 🤍 I'm mostly a small pieces of jewelry kind of girl and tend to mostly wear earrings, but occasionally I wear a necklace and bracelet.

Unecessary items, but they make you feel put together and cute!☺️

I'm an Idaho gal and love spending time outdoors and trying new foods! I live about 1.5 hrs from Jackson, Wyoming and Grand Teton National Park. Along with plenty of quaint towns and beautiful hikes inbetween. I lived in southern Utah as well for about two years so I'll definitely share places from there as well!

I see Free People clothes everywhere now and half the time they're just Amazon buys! They're basically just as good but half the cost. I'm slowly building this collection so come back and more will probably be added. 😄
