A great piece of equipment used for full body exercises. The macebell is a "less is more" type of weight. The dense iron ball combined with the long handle creates a challenging unbalanced weight distribution, forcing you to use your stabilizing musc...

Love this sandbag for strength training. It's awkward to use, which makes it great for grip training and overall power and explosiveness.

The classic pull-up bar. With this pull up bar alone you'll get in shape. Use the resistance bands for support if you're unable to do a full pull up.

Another piece of equipment I wish I had, but have used in the past that's similar to this one. It forces you to focus on proper form by keeping the water level in the tube. Seems easy at first, gets very difficult towards the end of your set.

The mat I use! Yoga mats and other similarly sized mats for me are too small. I like the freedom to move around and not have to focus on my limbs leaving the mat. A good investment if you want to focus on foundational and movement training.

A piece of equipment I should probably use more of, you can use this yoga ball for strength and stability training, as well as stretching your back! Even just sitting on it instead of using a traditional chair is helpful for your core and back.

The weighted vest! Great for sprints and other mobility training. I don't recommend keeping this on for extended periods of time at first. Gradually increase the time you have this on during the periods you train with this. Your body will thank you.
