I love the outdoors and exercising, but sometimes finding the motivation to get started is hard. Pokemon GO rewards you for getting out and about, and gives me an extra push to get out the door. I have added an average of 2000 extra steps a day since I started playing Pokemon Go. If you have a favourite resource I've missed, let me know and I'll review it.
