I've found that a larger desk mat has actually made it easier and more comfortable for me to function at my desk because my keyboard isn't sliding around and it gives me a larger space to work with my mouse so I don't cause more strain to my wrist.
The standard overhead lights are overrated and too bright. Plus these can be set to fun colors, who wouldn't want that!
Makes organization of under sink areas easier, and because the bottom slides it makes it a lot easier to access the heavier items without having to dig around under the sink

I definitely recommend replacing the wrist strap, but these are great canes. I prefer the offset handles to the t shaped ones, and the grip is comfortable.
