I grew up in a cold, dry climate where my skin was permanently thirsty, then moved to Barcelona, hot, but humid! and everything I knew stopped working. The rich creams that saved me back home suddenly felt like clingfilm. It took a couple of years, one badly damaged barrier, and a lot of wasted money to rebuild a routine that actually suits oily, sensitive skin in humidity. This is all of it: what I use daily, what I only touch twice a week, and the Spanish supermarket finds nobody outside Spain talks about.
