i have 2 dogs that i love very much. this list contains all the products that keep them happy. From grooming, clothing, food, and more. I’ve tested multiple products with them and there definitely is a pile of failed products at home. These are tried and true things they love!

I’m constantly on my workout journey. I start and stop and start again. Recently I’ve found that having the proper equipment and outfits makes it easier to stick to my workout goals. The trick for me is making it as easy as possible with at home equipment, cute clothing, and fun gadgets so that I WANT to exercise.

Nails are one of those little details that can completely elevate your entire look. It’s also a mental thing. Having well groomed nails can be the determining factor between a mediocre look and a top tier one.

Self care for me is both internal and external. Take care of the mind and in turn I want to take care of the body. Mental stimulation for me starts with setting the scene using aromatherapy. Having good sleep cycle is the foundation for a great life. Mentally I need to get out of my head so I have a lot of products to help with that.
