i use as the final layer of my skincare to really lock in everything. this helps all of my products say on and penetrate more deeply. i only ever use a little bit at a time so the tube lasts forever.
Aquaphor
toner im using (recommended by dermatologist) to even out skin. this is to be used on dry freshly washed skin for best results. the most expensive item in my routine but so worth the results.
Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner
short term use to lighten dark spots. only use on targeted areas.
Kojie San Skin & Body Brightening Soap
My nose collects so much oil and dirt. This gets deep in there and clears it all up. So satisfying to see what it takes out after lol. I use once a week.
Bioré Original Blackhead Remover Strips
the only cleanser i use. gentle on skin, moisturizing, and effective in cleaning
Gentle Skin Cleanser - Face & Body Cleaner
my daily moisturizer. pairs well with all of my other Cetaphil products. no matter which of the moisturizers you choose from this line…. you'll have refreshed and supple skin from it without being weighed down.
Intensive Moisturizing Cream for Dry Skin
sunscreen that hydrates and protects from spf. i use this daily. doesn't leave a white caste.
Sunscreen SPF 50 Cetaphil
Stainless steel gua sha is the best as it won’t break. Using this releases tension in the face I didn’t even know was there and keeps puffiness down for a snatched look.

body
i mainly use the epsom salt for muscle relaxing and releasing tension or to make my own scrubs. but all of the soaps and scrubs from this line are holistic with amazing essential oils for a natural revitalization.

only body wash i use. clean and minimal fragrance allow to be used everywhere. cleans deeply without stripping the skin barrier.

best lotion for ultra healing and softening. i mostly use on my feet to keep them smooth.
Rich Lotions
what i use for the body. i love the coco/shea butter scented one but all are great for a light fragrance that penetrates the skin for all day moisture.

sunscreen for my body. i suggest any of the clear or no show options as it doesn't leave a white cast or is excessively shiny. i reapply every few hours for maximum protection.
