i am no doctor, but i am a woman and of course i have a cycle. here are some tips and tricks i implement on my day to day to work with my body, my hormones, and the natural cycle of each phase of the month, rather than against it. i also will not suggest any medications because i respect each body and how different we all experience menstruation, regardless of absolutely anything. never normalize pain because as it is an exhausting process our body is going through, menstruation should never be painful, and i will die on that hill. ALWAYS consult your concerns with your OBGYN, and please never underestimate the fact that learning about our bodies is an ongoing process, as we are constantly changing, and many of the things that should be taught to us have been hidden from us. therefore, it is our duty to educate ourselves and share the knowledge with others. let's open up the "bloody" conversation (pun intended) about how it is the only blood not shed out of violence and how we should honor the process our bodies go through each month. TIME TO PAMPER OURSELVES!! i love you bleeding queen♥️
