So as a mother of two boys, I’ve been buying Valentine’s Day gifts for them and their classmates for years but now that they are 15 and 18 years old, they are getting me gifts for Valentine’s Day because their father taught them well. I have a beautiful goddaughter that is 13, a beautiful niece that is 18 and my son’s girlfriend, who is just such a beautiful, strong young woman as well. Now I get to shop for them for Valentine’s Day and it makes me so happy so I thought I would share some of the things that I have purchased to give you some ideas for the young women in your life. ❤️🫶🏼🥰

I want to be very clear. These are all products I own and use. I am on a GLP-1 and have some side effects mostly to do with my stomach. I’m really not a breakfast eater but getting protein early in the day set you up for success so I’ve put in some amazing protein recommendations and how I use them. We also need to be thinking ahead, especially for going to have a meal that’s outside of our normal food group and how we can prepare our bodies for that. It’s a wild ride, but we’re getting healthy!

I’ve been a tomboy my whole life and always very comfortable in groups of men because I grew up with all boys. Old boy, cousins, old boys on my block, my six uncles were all young and had a big influence in my life. I did not start learning about makeup or beauty or skin care until my 40s. Now I’m just having way too much fun and want to share with you my favorite products that I’ve learned about along the way.

I’ve definitely tried a lot of new products over the past few years and some have really stuck with me. Some I only use once a month or once in a while or in a certain situation, but having them in your possession will be so clutch you won’t even know what to do with your bad ass self 😍
