I’m a native of Birmingham, and these are my favorite places to bring visitors! This list includes places to eat and drink, outdoor attractions, museums, shopping, and more in the Magic City!

living with a disability and/or chronic illness is so hard. I have Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome, affecting my circulation and mobility, as well as chronic migraines, mental health issues, and a smattering of other physical health concerns. I’m also an ambulatory wheelchair user. these products make small improvements in my life and help keep the day-to-day bearable! (note: a small number of these items I have not tried myself, but have heard great things from trusted sources about and hope to try myself soon!)
