So much I didn't know about the develoment of the Atomic Bomb. Really enjoyed this movie. Engaging dialog and content. Great acting
Oppenheimer (2023)
I was compelled to watch because of nostalgia from watching Top Gun in my teens. I am not a huge Action Movie person and no longer a Tom Cruise groupie, yet I still really enjoyed this movie. Good character develpment.
Top Gun: Maverick (2022)
I watched this because my 20 year old daughter wanted me to. Would I have picked it on my own? Probably not. Did it make my head spin - yes. Am I glad I watched it - definitely yes.
Everything Everywhere All at Once
The story of a hearing child growing up with deaf parents and a deaf brother finding a way in the hearing & speaking world. Great charaters. Great plot. Highly recommend.
CODA (Children of Deaf Adults)
Loved learned more about the life of the Williams sisters and their father that was determined to find a way to let their talents shine. A story of determination and a spotlight on the privledges I often take for granted.
King Richard (2021)
The inspiration for the series The West Wing. This one has a great cast, dialog and plot line. If you need to escape from the current reality - this is a good choice

It's cute, light and the romance drama is a bit silly - with all the craziness going on lately it is nice to have a little escape. This one has been around for a while, so the recommendation is nothing new. Love the female friendships and the fashion

I was a little late to the party on this one. I love a period drama & there was so much about Queen Victoria I did not know. Currently on Season 2 - really enjoying.

Ponies (TV Series 2026)
A little bit of intrigue and moments that jump the shark. Overall love the characters and the political drama. Allison Janey and Bradley Whitford were great cast additions in the latest season. Thoroughly enjoyable
The Diplomat
I love a good period drama - and having spent time in both Newport and Manhattan makes this all the more interesting. Understanding more about the Robber Barrons of the Guilded Age definitely shows the cyclical nature of history. Highly recommend.
The Gilded Age
Watched season 1. It was interesting, dramatic and misogenistic. Most female characters only serve as sexual, eye candy, “trapped” in their situation by powerful evil men - until they are saved by our hero. It was James Bond-esque and fine, just not ... I won't be joining my husband to watch season 2
The Night Manager
Surfice it to say I would love to escape reality and live in a world where the White House was occupied by Predisent Bartlett, Leo McGarry, CJ Craig, Josh, Donna & Toby. Great dialog. Better politics.
The West Wing (TV Series 1999–2006)
A+ suspenseful, comedic, dramedy! Loved the relationships, the intrigue and the slight inanity of it all. Was a series that my husband and I both enjoyed thoroughly.
