Sure, everyone in the city of Atlanta thinks they know the best food spots in here. But I'm not everyone. I feel like people make lists like this based off aesthetics, but I couldn't care less about how "cute" a restaurant is. I prioritize service over everything else. If I have a bad meal at a restaurant, I'm likely to go back & try something else if the service is top notch.

Silicone-based vs. water based 💦 Which one do you need? Well, it depends. Silicone will give you a smoother finish, while water will give you a more skin-like finish. But it all boils down to your foundation. No matter what brand it is, always check the ingredients. If the first ingredient is "Water/Aqua" then it's water based. If the ingredients end in "cone" and "oxane", then it's silicone based. Once you figure that out, every liquid product you follow up with should match up for the best finish. This list is all of the water based makeup products I use in order of my routine 💄✨
