As a working mama that did not have an easy BF/pumping journey these are all products I have personally used and recommend to help make breastfeeding and pumping a little easier!
If you’re going to be breastfeeding, good nursing pads are a must! Even when pumping every 2 hours around the clock, I would still leak, especially the first few weeks when my supply was trying to regulate.
Lansinoh Stay Dry Disposable Nursing Pads - 60ct
These are one thing I got too late… I wish I would’ve had them from the beginning because there’s so many times I would be leaking out the other breast while pumping/feeding and losing all that milk. Or have them both in to catch if let down happens ...
WILLOW Catch All Cups Kit - 2pk
These are great for both protecting your nipples and for helping with latch problems. Another thing I wish I had gotten earlier! Just make sure to get the right size
Lansinoh Contact Nipple Shield with Case - 16mm - 2ct
Yes in a perfect world we would all wash, sterilize and dry all of our pump parts between every single session. In reality that is just not always feasible. For instance, I worked at a job where I drove around all day. I didn’t always have access to ...
Dapple Baby Unscented Breast Pump Cleaning Wipes - 25ct
This was my favorite of all the nipple balms I tried because it didn’t leave a sticky residue, it legitimately helped with dry, cracked nipples and it is safe for breastfeeding. It goes on like a balm, not a cream, so again it is one of the few that ...
Earth Mama Organic Nipple Butter™ Cream
I thought I’d love my Itzy Ritzy nursing cover but I ended up preferring this style because of the hoop around the top that holds the cover up and allows you to see underneath. And the muslin fabric is very soft and breathable
Konssy Muslin Nursing Cover
You would think all breast milk storage bags are created equal but they’re really not. I tried these different kinds and found these the easiest to pour into and the easiest to seal. If you can get bags free through your insurance then definitely do ...
My favorite breast pump! Depending on your needs, you may want a wearable pump or a hospital grade pump. I had the Spectra hospital grade pump and I did love it, but the one downside is you are holding the pump the entire half hour and are very limit...
Momcozy M5 Smart APP Controlled Wearable Pump
If you want a manual pump, this one is the way to go. I’ve used four different manuals and this was my favorite. It was great for quick sessions or to use when I didn’t have my regular pump/couldn’t clean it/etc as well as when my nipples we’re getti...
Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump with Flex Shields
You don’t have to sterilize the pump parts all the time, but for me it gave me peace of mind, especially when my little one was born pre-term. All you need is a microwave, a little water and 3 minutes. We even had a bottle washer but these were great...
Dr. Brown's Microwave Steam Sterilizer Bags, 5 Count
I never collected colostrum prior to birth, though in hindsight I definitely would have saved all the liquid gold I could! But these are great for even those first couple days before your milk comes in. My little one was having trouble latching and d...
Frida Mom Colostrum Collection Kit - 15pc
Depending on your situation you may not need this… but if you’re pumping at work, taking your little one to daycare/babysitter, traveling etc then this is perfect for keeping bottles/expressed milk cold to safely transport!
Breastmilk Insulated Cooler Bag w/ Ice Pack
These packs can be used hot to stimulate milk flow or cold to relieve pain and soreness. I found them really helpful for early on when my milk was coming in and I was having a lot of soreness!
