I am a huge fan of using sound therapy from YouTube and Amazon. When I have trouble sleeping, I listen to these songs/videos to relax and get me there. I also struggle with anxiety, and have found meditation and sound therapy (especially binaural beats, singing bowls, and isochronic tones) help me a lot.
