I have what I like to call “an extremely active” spice drawer. It's well labeled and I open it all the time. I make my own spice blends, but am inspired by many of the sources here. I do buy some spices locally, but love ordering online too.

Kerry Gold has always been my “special occasion” butter. Imagine my excitement when I found it at Costco!
This butter will ruin all other butters for you, but it's worth it!
This is my go-to butter for croissants and pastries of any kind.
Hope butters are sold locally in Minnesota. Expensive - yummy!

The Chef's Garden at Home is a lot like a CSA, but all of the produce comes from Farmer Jones Farm. They have seasonal boxes and their quality is beautiful.

Fun to have the box arrive. Remember, they aren't perfect, but the quality is usually good and it keeps the food in use.
Spanish: Tend to be fruity and grassy
