Guys always need tools, and they always use tools. Get him some cheap ones on temu and save yourself some money. The quality is not so bad plus you might need them too! (He is taking too long to get it done, take on it yourself)

Wrangler Pants
If you can afford it and he is a good man; save him time and save yourself some time, get him a power washer. He can use it to wash the trucks/cars, driveway , and power wash the exterior of the house, etc.
